Philosophy

VisionServe Alliance is a not-for-profit organization of private agencies serving people who are blind or visually impaired with a common belief that:

• It is the right and privilege of people who are blind or visually impaired to exercise choice in services they receive.
  
• People who are blind or visually impaired share a unique condition that inherently requires specialized services.
  

VisionServe Alliance is organized to benefit the public by, among other things, lessening governmental burdens.
